Il progetto "Libera-mente" utilizza l'arte come strumento principale per lavorare sull'intelligenza emotiva. Attraverso laboratori di disegno, pittura e arte terapia, i partecipanti sono guidati in un percorso di auto-analisi e consapevolezza.
The "Libera-mente" project uses art as its main tool to work on emotional intelligence. Through drawing, painting and art therapy workshops, participants are guided on a path of self-reflection and awareness.
L'obiettivo è fornire strumenti per riconoscere, comprendere e gestire le proprie emozioni in un ambiente complesso come quello carcerario, trasformando l'espressione artistica in una forma di dialogo interiore.
The aim is to offer tools to recognise, understand and manage one's emotions in a complex environment such as prison, turning artistic expression into a form of inner dialogue.

Il percorso artistico e umano del progetto "Libera-mente" è stato condiviso con la comunità attraverso un evento di disseminazione.
The artistic and human journey of the "Libera-mente" project was shared with the community through a public dissemination event.
Nel Febbraio 2025, le opere realizzate sono state esposte in una mostra dedicata a Bastiglia (MO), creando un ponte tra il carcere e il territorio. È stata un'occasione preziosa per mostrare il potenziale e le riflessioni emerse, dando voce e visibilità ai talenti scoperti.
In February 2025, the works were shown in a dedicated exhibition in Bastiglia (MO), building a bridge between the prison and the local community. It was a valuable chance to show the potential and reflections that emerged, giving voice and visibility to the talents discovered.
